How long does it last once in the fridge?
Three to five days is the norm, properly covered. Anything with fish or pre-dressed vegetables holds up less well and is best eaten in the first days.
Does it take to the freezer?

Do I need to book a month from the start?

It varies between businesses. Some do one weekly delivery, some divide it into two or three so the food arrives fresher, and a few deliver daily. Each publishes theirs, so you choose by schedule rather than by luck.
